Workflow

A workflow chains multiple AI steps together, where the output of one step becomes the input to the next. This allows complex tasks — research, drafting, reviewing, summarising — to be automated across multiple model calls, tools, and decision points, without a human at each step. Workflows are how AI moves from answering individual questions to running entire processes.
