About Alexey Makarov
I'm an AI Enablement and Transformation Leader with 10+ years of experience driving large-scale change in energy, infrastructure, and technology-driven organizations.
Currently, I lead the AI Center of Excellence at SEFE Group, enabling enterprise-wide AI adoption across Germany, the UK, France, and the Netherlands. This includes designing AI operating models, literacy programs, governance frameworks, and actively supporting the enterprise-wide implementation of Microsoft Copilot M365 from the AI Center of Excellence side.
My background combines corporate finance and M&A (PwC, EY) with strong technical fluency in AI, automation, and modern software tooling. This allows me to translate emerging technologies into scalable, compliant, and value-generating ways of working.
Unreasonable AI serves as both an educational platform and a hands-on laboratory for testing AI tools, workflows, and enablement approaches. The content focuses on enterprise-relevant topics such as AI literacy, automation, AI agents, and responsible use of AI in daily work.
