Terms of Use

Unreasonable AI (unrsnbl.ai) is a platform operated by reHeritage GmbH, Schroederstrasse 4, 10115 Berlin, Germany (see Impressum for full company details). The platform is created and maintained by Alexey Makarov on behalf of reHeritage GmbH. By accessing or using this platform you agree to these Terms.

Unreasonable AI provides educational content about artificial intelligence, including video episodes, concept explanations, learning tracks, and downloadable reference materials. The basic platform is provided free of charge. Access to certain features (progress tracking, gated downloads) requires registration.

All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. AI is a fast-moving field — content may become outdated.

To use features requiring sign-in, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@unrsnbl.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account, in accordance with Art. 8 GDPR.

You may use this platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or selling any content without prior written permission from reHeritage GmbH
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting content from the platform by automated means
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, database, or backend system
• Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Using the platform to harass, defame, or harm any person
• Circumventing any technical access controls or content restrictions
• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable law, including German law and EU regulations

reHeritage GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm.

All content on this platform — including videos, scripts, written materials, graphics, the knowledge graph, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of reHeritage GmbH and/or Alexey Makarov, protected under German copyright law (UrhG) and applicable international copyright treaties. All rights reserved.

Downloadable resources are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, modify, translate, adapt, or use them commercially without our express written consent. Sharing individual resources with colleagues for non-commercial educational purposes is permitted provided attribution is retained and the source (unrsnbl.ai) is clearly stated.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our trademarks, trade names, or branding.

This platform embeds videos hosted on YouTube (Google LLC) and links to external websites. reHeritage GmbH is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party website or service. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

The platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. reHeritage GmbH does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, reHeritage GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under German law (including §§ 307, 309 BGB). Where German mandatory consumer protection law applies, statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms.

reHeritage GmbH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice of significant changes.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect, and update the "last updated" date above. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may delete your account before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Berlin, Germany.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
