AI is changing so fast that a workflow you discovered as groundbreaking one month is already table stakes the next — and the real question is how to keep up without burning out.

Our work is significantly changing and it's the work of knowledge workers or you can say the work of office workers. I experienced it myself, I experienced it during the trainings which I deliver, I experienced it also at the same time in my work. The speed of the change is actually amazing and I think that a lot of us were just even missing pieces of this change. So I will explain you what I mean. Just one month ago I discovered for myself, it's like not rocket science of course, but I discovered that doing a PowerPoint presentation was harder than developing web application.
So what I started to do, I started to ask Claude, oh it can be also, it can be any other model but Claude, latest Claude models and GPT models are really powerful. So you can ask these models to develop you a web application, very simple one, it can be just a one pager, you can draw maybe some charts there, put some boxes and in reality it works this way so I just brainstorm some ideas with Claude or with ChatGPT and then instead of creating a PowerPoint presentation I'm asking it to create a slide deck in the format of HTML page.
I can even set the size to 16 to 9 as we are normally using in the PowerPoint presentation and there can be some navigation buttons so that you can really click these buttons and change the slides, animation can be implemented there also quite easily. So, and the whole process normally takes around maybe 15 minutes and then the page is ready and you can later do the print screens, like the screenshots of these pages and if really needed you can even insert just these print screens into the PowerPoint.
It was one month ago and I was thinking okay that's the way to go, then just one month passed and I understand that Claude became so powerful and also other AI models are becoming so powerful that even the PowerPoint presentations now are of the similar type and the similar quality so I'm again back to PowerPoint but also doing something in the HTML format in the format of web application. The conclusion from my side is the following, I'll just as before I'll try to follow up on the latest technology developments but also try not to overwhelm myself because potentially in a month or even in a shorter period of time the technology which I thought is the groundbreaking is no longer groundbreaking and I need to learn something else.
So I don't have an answer what to do the best like to follow up on each of the technological changes or just to wait potentially potentially maybe it's better not to wait because like that you can really wait for a long time and then wake up in a completely different world where everything has changed and you just missed it.
