From explaining AI to AI Ways of Working

For the last year and a half, I have been explaining AI on YouTube. What it is, how it works, why it behaves the way it does.

I am bringing that here, with a sharper focus.

My day job is building and leading an AI Center of Excellence inside a large energy company. So most of my weeks go to the part of AI that gets far less attention than the models: the human side. How real teams actually change the way they work.

Two kinds of things will show up in this feed. Short, plain explainers of the core AI concepts, the same ones I make for YouTube. And longer pieces on AI enablement in organizations.

Why now? Because of something I keep noticing at AI conferences. The questions are changing. Fewer of them are about the models. More are about the harder part: people, culture, and how you actually get a team to change. Not just to use a new tool, but to look at their own work differently and rethink it. Sometimes that means doing the job a completely different way, or even changing what they were producing in the first place.

A small example. It has become genuinely easy to build an interactive web app or a clean HTML slide deck with AI, which is often a better answer than fighting to make a polished PowerPoint. But you only get there if you rethink the task and question the artifact you are used to (PPT). Swapping a new tool in for the old one does not do it on its own.

That move, from tools to ways of working (I call it "AI Ways of Working"), is what I find most interesting right now, and I think it matters more every month. So that is what I am going to write about here, with the videos and tools alongside.

If that is your world too, follow along. Glad you are here.
