AI readiness is a shape, not a score

Most AI maturity conversation try to assign a score to the company - Level 2, Level 3, ahead, behind.
That is too clean.
In practice, AI enablement has a shape and my approach is to assess the company across 6 dimensions.
Last week I did a post about 6 questions to answer for each of these dimensions.
One organization has a strong target state and no real owner. Another bought the tools but did not change the work. A third has a dozen pilots and no path to production.
These are different problems which required different approaches.

So I built a small free tool for this.
It is called the AI READINESS RADAR.
You answer questions across the six dimensions: Direction, Leadership, People, Technology, Implementation, and Learning. Then it shows your organization as a shape, not a single maturity score.
The point is not to produce a perfect assessment.
The point is to make the right leadership conversation visible:
- Where are we strong? - Where are we exposed? - Which dimension is holding the rest back?
It is free and you can use it, at minimum as a visual tool to start a produtive AI maturity conversation with your leadership team.
