Bias

AI models reflect the biases present in their training data. If the data over-represents certain perspectives, languages, demographics, or time periods, the model's outputs will too. Bias isn't a bug that can be easily patched — it's a structural consequence of learning from human-generated data. Recognising this is the first step toward using AI more thoughtfully and measuring its outputs critically.
