Claude edits my videos now: I record, press one button in Telegram, and get the preview. My own editing tool, which Claude built with me (over 7,000 lines of code), listens to every word, cuts false starts and repeats, writes the plan, title and captions, draws every graphic in code, uploads to YouTube as private and saves the TikTok draft. What's left for me is to record and leave a comment or two.

Numbers as of 21 October 2026: 7,287 lines of code in the tool's repository, every commit co-written with Claude.

I didn't edit this video. Claude did. I recorded it and just pressed one button in Telegram. The preview is in the group. It is 59 seconds long, and the checks are fine. It listens to every word, cuts my false starts and repeats, and keeps what I meant. It writes the plan, the title, the captions, and which graphic goes where. Then it draws every graphic in code, so they look the same way every time. And then it does the part which I always hated. It uploads to YouTube as private with title, description, and subtitles, and saves the TikTok draft.

All of this is my own editing tool which Claude built with me over 7,000 lines of code. What's left for me? To record and leave one or two comments from my iPhone in the Telegram group. Editing isn't the bottleneck anymore. Your ideas are.
