Here is the most useful thing you can do this week if you are responsible for AI in your organization. Write two sentences, not a strategy document, just two honest sentences. What does an AI-enabled version of your organization actually looks like in three years? Specific, concrete, what actually changes about how the core work gets done? And then ask every person in your leadership team to do the same. Write two sentences independently before you compare them. Someone will describe speed, someone else will define AI handling routine work, and someone else will focus on internal productivity.
Those are not the same organizations. The gap between those answers is your first AI problem, not a technology problem, a definition problem. And definition problems are worth solving before everything else, because everything else should be shaped by where you are actually trying to go. For more details, check the full episode.
