Most organizations think their AI problem is technology. It isn't.

The tools are not the problem. Most companies have already bought, Copilot, or ChatGPT enterprise or Claude. They have sent out the licenses to their employees, they have run the training sessions, and almost none of them are getting what they expected. Here is what actually happening. They deployed the solution before they defined the problem. There is no shared picture of what a successful AI-enabled version of their company should look like. No destination, just a collection of pilots, and a general sense that things should get better. And without a destination, everything stays a pilot.
